Measures we take
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, accessible names, and keyboard-operable controls.
- Maintain visible focus, sufficient color contrast, readable text, and mobile touch targets.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid making motion necessary to understand content.
- Support reduced-motion preferences and responsive layouts at common mobile, tablet, and desktop widths.
- Include accessibility checks in UI review and address reported barriers based on severity and impact.
Known limitations
Interactive maps, parcel geometry editors, AI-generated content, PDFs, uploaded project documents, and embedded third-party services may present limitations. Third-party content is also governed by the provider’s accessibility practices. If a feature is not usable, contact us for the information or service through a reasonable alternative method.
