Your choices and contact

Contextual help in the AI Advisor is on by default. When on, it sends a list of up to six recent public page paths, including the current page, property-qualification progress, and selected property context with your message to personalize the response, avoid repeated questions, and suggest a relevant public next step. You can turn it off or back on in the chat. When off, that contextual payload is omitted from later requests, but your prompt and chat history are still sent. Turning it off does not remove information you type in a prompt or context already sent with an earlier message.

Optional fields may be left blank. You may stop an AI conversation, clear browser-stored chat or draft state using available controls, or avoid submitting a form. Some core service requests cannot be completed without the information marked required.
